I have wanted to try chatting online (ok, #cyber) for a little while but I never really tried to figure out what had changed over the past 10 years. When I signed up for Yahoo messenger today I found that not much had changed other than the fact that the Married But Looking channel was of interest and there are a hell of a lot of people with webcams these days.

I’m sure as I try it more often, I’ll get the hang of it, but I can’t say my first “session” went too well. Once I had fought off the initial add requests and private conferences, I had 3 people all politely ask me how I was and for more information. I started to chat with these 3 people and confirmed that I was in fact married and female. Seconds after I confirmed their suspisions, “send me your pic” “wanna videochat” & “ur hot” flew across my screen. I got some medium quality flirting and name calling (bad wife getting all hot) and added 2 of the 3. I suspect I’ll regret that, but how else are you supposed to find “quality online chatting” without trying a few out.
